An intersection for workers’ rights, policy discussions and activism

The Reality
Struggling workers in every community are overwhelmed by the lack of time, social connections and education to make meaningful improvements in their lives. We can all make change, together.

Let's Break The Cycle
The Empowerment Institute has a free curriculum for every interested resident who desires to become more active in their communities. There are monthly workshops for different levels of activism and potential leadership. A class for everyone.
The Future Is Now
Local and regional experts are seeking to build a pipeline of activated neighbors and students to become consistent voters, community leaders, organizers and government officials. Every level of activism is needed.
Community = Progress
The Empowerment Institute incorporates both action and social wellness into the year-round curriculum to foster relationships and trust among the participants. Successful communities are active communities.

The Goal
Educate, inspire and re-focus thousands of workers in the Central Valley to become change agents in their communities, workplaces and local governments.
